Air compressor

The high pressure and low noise air compressor offered by Triumph Laser co2 laser cutting machine includes two parts: the high pressure and low noise air compressor and the water separator.

High pressure air compressor: provides the compressed air with greater pressure than the air pump so as to prevent flammable material burning on wood laser cutting machine. It is usually to cut thicker material. As the blowing air is of high pressure, it can take away the fog during cutting to reduce the darkening of the cutting edge. It is suggested to use the high pressure air compressor when cutting flammable thick material more than 10mm.

Water separator:

When the air compressor is working, the moisture in the air would be compressed, as well. The compressed moisture would be sent to the laser head along with the air. If no action taking, this moisture will get together on the focus lens to decrease the lens penetration and even destroy the lens. Thus we add a water separator between the air compressor and laser machine to take away the moisture so as to increase the purity of the compressed air of laser paper cutter.
