Awesome marking machine

I am floored with the capability I got for the price. My only complaint is that the company is difficult to get ahold of. I was only able to communicate with them by email on amazon. No phone numbers and it is apparent that they don’t communicate in english very well.

Excellent Value ~ Great Support

I am very satisfied with the quality of the marking this laser produces and the speed/ease of setup. We have a machine shop and we use it to laser mark our parts after we machine them. We typically engrave each part with a number for assembly purposes. The cost savings alone vs machining the numbers will pay for the machine. It pretty much marks everything we machine except white plastics. It will mark anodized aluminum, stainless steels, PEEK, Ultem, Polycarb with ease. The software included, called EZ Cad, is surprisingly easy to use and powerful. I used to run a Trumpf Vectormark at my last job and this little guy blows it out of the water for setup/quick use. We have one job which is an electro-mechanical assembly where we use the variable text via remote input to program the serial number of the assembly and mark the serial number on the exterior of the part. That alone saved us hours of effort and another station as well as taking the human error out (the SN gets programmed into the memory of the assembly and then sent to the laser so there’s no chance of mixup between stations). I didn’t have any of the spyware/virus issues as the other user (I did scan it). It came with Windows 7 ultimate and is a legitimate copy. There is a notice on the desktop that says not to install antivirus. My thoughts are this: The PC used is an Athlon II vintage 2007-2008. With the AV running and the laser I don’t know if it has enough oomph to run it. It is definitely fast enough to run the laser itself but the both put together is why I am guessing on the message. I did run the laser with a laptop that has windows defender and it appears to work just fine. That laptop was a MacBook Pro 2012 model running on BootCamp. Not the slowest but definitely not the fastest. I had a few tech support questions and David was extremely helpful in responding to emails. I would highly recommend this product for it’s value and support.

30W fiber laser marking machine feedback

Ordered and received two weeks later. Was easy enough to put together, mostly just screws and plugging in. Software was already installed and is easy to figure out. Looking forward to figuring out this machine to get the most out of it. If you want an engraving machine that can engrave metals (we are using for jewelry) this is the machine you want. Compared to other USA machines this chinese import is great quality and easy to use at a quarter of the price. If you are on the fence and are a little tech savy I would suggest purchasing it.

This machine does an excellent job of marking my products

I purchased this machine a couple of months age and use it a few times a week. Setup is easy. Instructions to operate the machine need to be more detailed. There are some good videos on YouTube for learning to use the software and settings for the laser. It does a great job on aluminum and stainless steel which is what I use it for. My needs are relatively simple, but I do expect quality results. The software and machine are capable of so much more than I will ever need or use.

The machine came with the computer preloaded the software. We were literally engraving in 10 minutes from receiving it. Great machine!

Excellent, productive

This cleans with a 12″ laser width- not the 3-4″ passes seen on Youtube. Incredible product. Removes paint, rust, undercoat, cleans concrete, etc. Amazing. Like working with brand new factory parts after cleaning. Very responsive company to work with. They have bent over backward to make sure the product worked as needed and that any assembly required was up to snuff. Very helpful and have never been left without an intelligent response.

Works well

Seller was very responsive and delivery was timely. Unit works well and I appreciate they keep stock in the US. Welder works well as advertised as I’ve been welding 24g SS with it fairly routinely.
