Great product.

High quality hardware, shipped on time, very accurate and precise engraving quality, very versatile, very easy to set up, and so far very reliable. I am floored with the capability I got for the price. My only complaint is that the company is difficult to get ahold of. I was only able to communicate with them by email on amazon. No phone numbers and it is apparent that they don’t communicate in english very well.
